Kootenay families to benefit from new child care spaces
More parents in the Kootenays will be able to return to work, go back to school or pursue other opportunities as the Province and the Trust invest in new, licensed child care spaces, about 50 of which are expected to open in the fall. The Province is supporting three projects to create 125 new licensed child care spaces in Trail, Fernie and Elkford. The Trust is a partner on projects in Trail and Elkford.
