Building Enhancement and Asset Management Support (BEAMS) Program
The Building Enhancement and Asset Management Support (BEAMS) Program supports non-profits and First Nation communities to strengthen and revitalize community serving buildings, affordable rental housing buildings and licensed child care facilities that they own and operate.
Through BEAMS, you can receive support for:
- A complete structural condition assessment
- Asset management plans
- Critical upgrades on community-serving buildings, affordable rental housing buildings and licensed child care facilities.
This program aligns with the Trust’s focus on healthy and resilient communities, helping Basin communities take action to continue to be incredible and vibrant places.
How to Apply
The BEAMS Program uses a two-stage application process designed to support strong project development:
Stage One: Expression of Interest (EOI)
Applicants submit a concise Expression of Interest outlining their project and organizational readiness.
Stage Two: Full Application (by invitation)
Applicants selected to proceed will be notified and connected with a program advisor. With advisory support, applicants will develop and submit a full application by the final deadline.

Deadline to Apply
Expressions of interest are due by June 25, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. PT/ 3:00 p.m. MT.
Full applications, developed with advisory support, are due November 26, at 2:00 p.m. PT/ 3:00 p.m. MT.
