Elk Valley Pride Festival in Fernie

This an annual celebration of the 2SLGBTQ+ community in Fernie, instrumental in fostering inclusivity and connection within the Elk Valley region. Since 2016, the festival has grown into a five-day event held annually in September, offering a variety of activities including a bike parade, flag-raising ceremony, Spectrum Queer Arts Day, workshops, and educational sessions. The festival aims to celebrate diversity, promote inclusivity, and strengthen community bonds within the Elk Valley.
