Larry Hittle was a utility engineer before he came to BPA, and his father (O. Glen Hittle) worked for BPA early on. At BPA Larry Hittle was involved in a lot of important contracts and programs, including the Pacific Northwest Coordination Agreement, the Columbia River Treaty, the Hydrothermal Power Program. This document is the transcript of an oral history interview between Hittle and Gene Tollefson.
