Libby Dam Spill Tests
Color photograph of spill test at Libby Dam. Photo was taken June 2002 when the US Army Corps of Engineers planned on conducting a spill test. Right in the middle of the spill test real spill began. Conveniently enough, all of the needed test equipment was in place (they were testing for nitrogen saturation, bed load movement, levee seepage, and well water interactions).
