Columbia Basin Trust has a goal to develop market housing rental units in communities throughout the Basin.
These developments are to be distinguished from subsidized housing (affordable housing). The rental units would be suitable for middle or higher income families with lack of alternative rental housing options.
This Request for Qualifications invites submissions from qualified and experienced housing development and construction firms describing their expertise and capability to commence discussions on possible partnership models.
The ultimate goal of the partnership(s) would be to develop 100+ units of rental housing over approximately five years in various communities in the Basin.
Closing date is January 20, 2017 at noon PT/1 p.m. MT.
