Annual General Meeting 2026 & Community BBQ

Columbia Basin Trust’s 2026 Annual General Meeting will take place on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 4 p.m. PT.

Board Chair Susan Clovechok and President & CEO Johnny Strilaeff will reflect on the past year, share highlights from the Trust’s 2025/26 Annual Report, and provide updates on the work happening across the Columbia Basin. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the initiatives supporting Basin communities.

FREE COMMUNITY BBQ

Following the AGM, everyone is invited to join us for a free, family-friendly community BBQ from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Warfield Community Hall in Warfield. 

Bring your family, friends, and neighbours to enjoy a free BBQ, meet Trust staff, connect with others from across the Basin, and celebrate the work we’re doing together in our communities.

Local food trucks will be serving up plenty of favourites, including Bison Burgers & More, with their signature bison burgers, and Premier’s Food Truck, offering brisket sandwiches, veggie and vegan burgers, with gluten-free buns available.

We’ll also have a selection of delicious cupcakes, including gluten-free options, along with cold drinks, including Happy Gut from Castlegar.

There’ll be lots to choose from, so bring your appetite!
