Columbia Basin Broadband Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Columbia Basin Trust, is planning to replace the existing 68 foot tower with a CSA Grade 120 foot tower for the purposes of improving access to Internet services as well as improving communications with other services such as Fire, Police and Ambulance.
KITCHENER, B.C. A new tower will be located on the existing radio tower site, at the corner of Kitchener Road and Newman Street in the community of Kitchener.

MOYIE, B.C. A new tower will be located on the existing radio tower site, adjacent to the community tennis court on Half Moon Avenue in Moyie.

WASA, B.C. A new tower will be located on the existing radio tower site, adjacent to the Memorial Garden at the end of the Wasa School Road.

Public Safety:
The tower will be engineered and built in accordance with the CSA 37-1 standard, to ensure structural integrity and public safety. The installation and operation of the tower will comply with Health Canada’s Safety Code 6.
Transport Canada Requirements:
Columbia Basin Broadband Corporation will paint and light the tower as per Transport Canada requirements.
