Basin RevUp
This eight-month program is designed to help growth-staged businesses in the Basin with profitable and sustainable growth. Companies that join RevUP have a good product-market fit, minimum annual revenue of $1,000,000, positive year-over-year growth, and a growth objective.
Participating businesses are connected with an experienced team of Executives-in-Residence to enhance leadership abilities, entrepreneurial skills, and business expertise. Additional eligibility and commitment criteria can be found here.
What to Expect
- A structured advisory program that provides knowledge, facilitates learning, and leads companies through a growth and scaling framework
- An exploratory meeting to identify opportunities and challenges
- A customized growth plan and a tailored Scope of Work
- An eight-month commitment
- 15 hours of business and leadership-focused advising per month with the business owner(s)
- Accountability and transparency
- Companies will pay a monthly fee to participate
