DESCRIPTION:The JABC Summer Entrepreneurship & Innovation Camp is an immersive experience that empowers youth to design and pitch real-world business ideas with guidance from knowledgeable mentors.  \n\n\n\nParticipants will be placed in teams and work collaboratively to explore business modelling\, public speaking\, product viability\, and more. DESCRIPTION:Columbia Basin Trust’s 2026 Annual General Meeting will take place on Thursday\, September 10\, 2026\, at 4 p.m. Pacific Time\, both online and in-person at the Prestige Mountain Resort Rossland.Susan Clovechok\, Board Chair\, and Johnny Strilaeff\, President and CEO\, will reflect on the past year\, lead the session and review highlights from our 2025/26 Annual Report. Residents will also have the opportunity to ask questions about what’s happening in the Basin and in their communities. \n\n\n\nCommunity BBQFollowing the AGM\, everyone is invited to join us for a free\, family-friendly community BBQ from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Warfield Community Hall in Rossland. Come enjoy a meal\, connect with neighbours and Trust staff\, and celebrate the work we’re doing together across the Columbia Basin. \n\n\n\nThe work of the Trust would not be possible without the participation of Basin residents.
