Young Agrarians – Communications skills for land sharing

The webinar will cover: what ‘good communication’ means, how to practice self-awareness, how to raise issues, how to listen effectively, how to move towards solutions, and when to take a break. You will get the chance to practice and see these communication skills demonstrated in real time.
