Columbia Basin Alliance for Literacy
Since 2001, we’ve partnered with the Columbia Basin Alliance for Literacy (CBAL) to help Basin communities address literacy issues.
CBAL helps communities identify their literacy needs and develop plans to address those needs. It also provides programs on topics like reading, writing, early language learning, English as a second language and computer literacy.
